Please note that the surgery will close at 13:00 on the first Tuesday of each month and re-open at 08.00 the next day.  

When we are closed and you need help, 111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.

There are now HUB clinics which are open for when you need health care but it is NOT an emergency.  They are run by GPs and nurses and offer the same service as your surgery, and are located across the Basildon and Billericay area.  Although you are registered at Dr Nasah’s surgery, if you need an appointment outside of our normal working hours, you can be offered to attend any of these surgeries and be seen by their staff who will be able to access your records  once you give permission.  Generally, these will be in the Basildon and Billericay area.

Services  are run 7 days a week outside of your surgery hours, and Public holidays. HUB clinics will be running weekday evenings 18:30 - 20:00 and weekends and Public holidays

As a patient of South Wing you can attend one of the operating HUB clinics by calling your own surgery where you will be directed through to the operating HUB.
